We’ve released new versions of our iOS and Android apps. Two things have changed:

  • Your ‘last active’ status that’s displayed to customers in the Intercom Messenger will now update when you log in to Intercom’s mobile app
  • When a user starts a new conversation, it’s now marked as ‘seen’ only when you begin to reply
