Achievements (Inbox of 💙)

The support agents' favorite feature has made a come back: The inbox of 💙 is now available in the Next-Gen Inbox. And it now comes with a new addition 👏

The updated Achievements feature includes:

Seeing positive ratings a customer has left 🤩
Viewing real-time core performance metrics 📈

To access this, on your keyboard just hit CMD+K (Mac) or Ctrl+K (Windows) > select Achievements.
