You can now create a whitelist of specific domains that the Intercom Messenger can be seen on, preventing it from being seen in unintended locations. Head to your Intercom Messenger settings to get started.

Your ‘last active’ status that’s displayed to customers in the Intercom Messenger will now update when you log in to Intercom’s mobile app

When a user starts a new conversation, it’s now marked as ‘seen’ only when you begin to reply

You can now set goals for visitor auto messages. Goals help you measure how effective your messages are are at getting visitors on your website to take an action, like signing up for your product or service. You can use any lead, user, company attribute or event as a goal for your messages.
