With outbound email, you'll have three email templates to choose from:
Company
Plain
Personal
Tip: You can also completely customize and use own email templates with the visual email template editor.
The Company email template
These emails put your logo left aligned at the top of the message, and your address in the footer. They’re great for more official communications when you want your message to come from your app or company, rather than you personally.
Here is what the company email template looks like on mobile:
Important: We only support formats that can be parsed by a browser (gif, jpeg, png...). We don't support ai or .eps (vector logos).
The Plain email template
Plain style emails are designed to look 100% manual and handwritten. They are identical to normal emails that you send from your own email account. They're great for when you want to engage with customer directly because they look targeted and personal. You can send them from your own email address too.

The Personal email template
These emails include your name and photograph, making the exchange more human. They’re also more styled with colour from your app and include text and heading styles.

Set a default template
You can set a default template for your emails so you don’t have to manually select your favorite one each time. Just go to Settings > Channels > Email > Customization > Email templates for outbound email, and set your default from the drop down menu.
The default template only applies to emails being sent from the Proactive Support tab. It is not possible to change the template when sending an email from the Help Desk.
