Measure and drive engagement with your Checklists using A/B tests or control groups and analyze how your Checklists are performing with reporting.

Run A/B tests

You can A/B test the content of your Checklists to measure and optimize engagement over time. Simply open an existing Checklist, and select “Run a new test”.

This can be used in conjunction with all the different ways of triggering a Checklist - automatically triggered via rules, triggered with a shareable URL, using code, or via a Smart Link.

Control groups can also be used in conjunction with Checklists.

Checklist level stats

When viewing a Checklist you’ve set live, you’ll be able to see the stats across the top. These show the number of people who were sent a Checklist, the number who viewed it, and the number who completed all tasks in the Checklist.

This can be viewed over a selected period of time and for selected steps.

These step level views are only available on the Viewed and Completed tabs.

Step level stats

The Step Analysis tab gives you a deeper dive into how customers are engaging with each step in a Checklist.

This helps you understand which steps are performing well and which ones could be optimized to drive higher engagement.

CSV Exports

You can also download a CSV export for closer analysis of your Checklist performance. Simply use the More dropdown and select Export CSV.

An email will be sent to you with a zip file that contains 3 separate CSV files for receipt (“Sent”), open (“Viewed”) and completion (“Completed”).
