Learn how to configure call forwarding from Twilio to Intercom for setting up Switch.
Get a number
If you don't already have a phone number in Twilio, you can get a new number in the Twilio Console.
Create Flow
Go to Studio > Flows and select "Create new flow".
Name your Flow
Choose a template
You can start from scratch or use the “Call Forwarding” template (recommended).
Configure your Flow
If you select the “Call Forwarding” template, a canvas with the following triggers will open up.
Click the “forward_call” widget to open the Config panel for the widget.
In the “Connect Call To” section, input your Switch forwarding number.
Save and publish your Flow, and it will be ready for use.
6. Go back to your Phone Numbers > Active numbers and choose the Studio Flow you created.
