The Start over button gives customers an option to go back to the beginning of a workflow experience and start over the conversation when they need to.
Note:
The Start over button is supported in any path that includes reply buttons (except first path of the workflow)
You can only add one Start over button in a path.
The Start over button option lives within the "add button" option after selecting add step > "reply buttons".
How to add a start over button
Go to AI & Automation > Workflows and edit an existing workflow or create a new one.
Click on the path where you want to give customers an option to go back to the beginning of the workflow.
Add a reply option and select the Start over button.
This will add a start over button to the list of reply options.
Now if a customer selects the Start over button, this will send the customer back to the beginning of the workflow.
Reporting
To view how many customers started over, go to Path Analysis and find the start over flag.
