When sending a Proactive Support message to a large group of customers, it's typical to expect a high volume of responses to get routed to your Support team.
One way to avoid getting those responses all at once and overwhelming your Support team, is to send the message in batches. You can stagger the message to send over several days to help manage your inbound volume. All you need is access to our Series product.
With Series, you can use a split test block and wait blocks in your Series flow. You can add up to 5 "test" groups. The first test group can receive the message straight away. The next group can wait 1 day before we try to deliver the message. Check out the example below:
