Where is data hosted?
Intercom services and data are hosted in Amazon Web Services (AWS) facilities in the USA (us-east-1), Dublin, Ireland (eu-west-1), and Sydney, Australia.
You can identify which data region you’re hosted in by looking at your workspace URL:
app.intercom.com
for US customersapp.eu.intercom.com
for EU customersapp.au.intercom.com
for Australian customers
Intercom also uses other third party sub-processors in order to provide our services, which you can read about in our Data Processing Addendum and see a list of here.
