If you've ever used Zendesk for Chat or Tickets, you can start training Custom Answers quickly by importing your historic data from Zendesk. Custom Answers will use your history to recognize and suggest common questions to create answers for. We currently do not support importers other than Zendesk Chat.
Go to Settings > AI & Automation > Fin AI Agent settings, then open Import Zendesk conversation history and launch the importer:
Then, click the Zendesk importer option and choose from Chat or Tickets:
This will launch the importer, to guide you through authenticating with Zendesk:
In Zendesk, you will need to add an OAuth client to allow Intercom to connect to your account:
Then, simply give Intercom permission to access your Zendesk history, and begin the import process. An email will be sent with information about the success or failure of the import.
Once imported, Custom Answers will use the history to recognize and suggest common questions to create answers for.
