Use the Language conversation data attribute (CDA) in Intercom Inbox which automatically detects which language the customer is chatting in. This is set based on the contact's messages and is not editable.
You can use this language CDA to filter conversations in the Inbox search.
You can also use it to filter your Reports 🙌
