We're expanding the availability of AI features by introducing new hosting infrastructure options tailored to our global customer base:
EU Customers
All new and existing EU customers can now access Fin AI Agent, Fin AI Copilot, and inbox AI features with data processed within the European Union.
Existing EU customers who were previously using US data processing will be automatically transitioned to the new EU-hosted infrastructure.
AU Customers
We are also making Fin AI Agent, Fin AI Copilot, and inbox AI features available to workspaces hosted in Australia. While the hosting will remain in the US, customers in Australia now have the option to use AI features after agreeing to the Additional Product Terms.

Product changes
With the rollout of these AI features, you'll notice some changes to the navigation menu.
Fin AI Agent
Fin AI Agent will be accessible under a new product area called Fin AI Agent. This includes setting up and previewing Fin AI Agent in the Messenger, creating and managing Custom Answers (previously Resolution Bot), and configuring settings for Fin AI Agent.
EU hosted workspaces can use Fin AI Agent, with data processed securely within Europe for enhanced data privacy.
AU hosted workspaces can use Fin AI Agent, but data processing is currently still US-based. Regional data hosting for these workspaces is coming soon.
Fin AI Copilot and Inbox AI
Under Settings > AI & Automation > Inbox AI you'll be able to enable AI features for the inbox, including:

Automation
Basics and Workflows will live under their own product area called Automation. This is where you can set up simple automations or build powerful workflows and automate repetitive tasks for your team.

No, the changes can’t be reverted.
Have any product areas or features been removed?
No, some product areas have only been moved or added to the navigation and all previous functionality still exists.
