If you're looking to view your user's and lead's recently visited pages while you chat via Help Desk, you can do so using the "Recent page views" app in your Help Desk sidebar.
First, pin the app using the "Edit apps" option in the bottom left of your right hand sidebar 👇
Once that's done, you'll be able to see contact's recent page views 👇
The app only shows up to 20 recent page visits if expand it using the "See all" button.
