The Settings page is where you can find all your Intercom workspace settings in one accessible area. This offers you a clear view of Intercom's configurations, streamlining the setup process for your workspace, and enabling you to customize Intercom to suit your unique needs.

Navigate to the settings icon in the primary navigation menu. Here, you'll find the settings Home where all settings have been categorized and grouped by color.

You can scroll through the categories, or use the navigation menu on the left to select a category dropdown and find a particular setting.

Some settings have multiple tabs across the top to help you configure different elements. For example, People data includes configurations for Attributes, Segments, Events, Lead qualification, Delete data, and Blocked.

You can also use the Search () from the sidebar on the settings page as a quick way to look up a category or setting by name and find related settings.
