How to apply rules to Workflows based on which WhatsApp account receives a message.

After you've installed and set up the WhatsApp integration, you can use your WhatsApp business number in Workflows to deflect, triage and route WhatsApp messages more efficiently.


Get started

  1. Go to Automation > Workflows and click + New workflow.

  2. Select the trigger Customer sends their first message.

  3. Then apply rules to the workflow based on which WhatsApp account receives a message by selecting the WhatsApp Business number as a condition.
